Securing Your Spot
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment and is applied to your service total on the day.

There is a 15-minute grace period. Past that your service may need to be shortened or rebooked, since the chair is held for the client after you.

Arrive with your hair washed, fully dried and free of heavy product unless your service includes a wash. Braid services should arrive detangled.
